Wheels India Ltd Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & 57th AGM

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Wheels India Ltd will remain closed from August 01, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2016.

The final Dividend recommended, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before September 08, 2016.
