Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 73,800 (Seventy Three Thousand and Eight Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on May 25, 2016 under the JESOP III, YBL ESOP & YBL JESOP V/ PESOPII - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,92,42,910 consisting of 42,09,24,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,99,80,910 consisting of 42,09,98,091 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
