Ion Exchange India Ltd allots 109500 Equity Shares

At the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting of Ion Exchange India Ltd held on May 24, 2016, the Committee allotted 1,09,500 (One Lac Nine Thousand Five Hundred) Equity Shares to those employees who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
