The Board of Directors of Ujaas Energy Ltd at its meeting held on May 21, 2016, has approved the Fund Raising through FPO / ADR / GDR / QIP etc. (This is an enabling resolution to facilitate the Company to raise funds at an appropriate time as and when required).

Shares of Ujaas Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.22.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 102945 in over 303 trades.
