WABCO India Ltd Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 12th AGM

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of WABCO India Ltd will remain closed from July 27, 2016 to July 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 29, 2016.

As required under section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, e-voting facility is being provided to the members in respect of the annual general meeting scheduled on July 29, 2016. The Board of Directors have fixed July 22, 2016 as the record date for determining the members who would be eligible to participate in the e-voting.

The e-voting period will be from July 26, 2015 (9:00 am) and ends on July 28, 2016 (5:00 pm).

Shares of WABCO INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5775.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5785.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 280 in over 67 trades.
