Idea Cellular Ltd allots 105806 Equity shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Limited has vide its circular resolution dated May 25, 2016 allotted 105,806 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option/ RSU's Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options/ RSU's granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,626,496 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,006,264,960/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 525064 in over 4865 trades.
