Brigade Enterprises Ltd allots 39050 equity shares on exercise of Employee Stock Options

On May 16, 2016 the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Brigade Enterprises Ltd has approved the allotment of 39050 equity shares (face value of Rs. 10/- each) to those employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.

The paid up equity share capital of Company has increased from Rs.113,17,86,150/- to Rs.113,21,76,650/- due to the aforesaid allotment.

Shares of BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.151 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 149.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4006 in over 109 trades.
