Altico Capital India Pvt Ltd calls for Board Meeting on May 19, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Altico Capital India Pvt Ltd is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2016 to consider a proposal to raise funds through issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating upto INR 1,250 crore (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Crore), in one or more tranches, to be issued on private placement basis and to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
