Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 105772 shares

58908 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 7600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

30764 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 8500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
