The meeting of the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Cyber Pearl Information Technology Park Pvt Ltd is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2016 proposing to consider and call a portion of unpaid amount on the 740 Rated, Listed, Party paid. Redeemable, Unsecured, Non-convertible Debentures Series 2 ("NCD") of face value Rs. 10,00,000/-; for the payment of subsequent call subscription amount for 740 partly-paid NCDs for an amount of Rs. 310,811 (Rupees Three lakh ten thousand eight hundred and eleven Only) per NCD aggregating to an amount of Rs. 23,00,00,140 (Rupees Twenty Three Crores one hundred and forty Only).
