Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of ESOS

The Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, has approved the revised ESOS Scheme 2016 as it was proposed to issue ESOS 2016 at the last meeting held on March 11, 2016.

The Board also approved the issue of stock options under ESOS 2016 to Employees of Company and employees of its Subsidiary Companies, present and future subject to the approval of shareholders by way of special resolution.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 487151 in over 2056 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 42.6 and intraday low of 41.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20500469.
