Indusind Bank Ltd allots 151409 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 151,409 (One Lakh Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Nine) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on May 11, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
