Repco Home Finance Ltd allots 7880 Shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

Pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Board of Repco Home Finance Ltd at its meeting held on May 10, 2016 allotted 7880 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 62,54,93,170 representing 6,25,49,317 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
