Vijaya Bank approves allotment of 66285025 Equity Shares

The allotment committee of the Board of Directors of Vijaya Bank has accorded approval for allotment of 6,62,85,025 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (Rs. Ten only) at a premium of Rs. 23.19/- per share (Total issue price of Rs. 33.19/- per share) by way of Preferential Issue to the tune of upto Rs. 220 Crore to Government of India on preferential basis.

Shares of VIJAYA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22992 in over 231 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.55 and intraday low of 31.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 721646.
