Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 65824 Equity Shares

On May 03, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 65,824 (Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, being issued to the eligible employees, upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.
