UFO Moviez India Ltd approves allotment of 101425 equity shares under Employees Stock Options Schemes

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd in its meeting held on May 3, 2016 had allotted 101425 equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option schemes of the Company.

2,736 equity shares were allotted under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and 98,689 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
