L&T Finance Holdings Ltd approves allotment of 391450 Shares pursuant to exercise of ESOP

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd at its Meeting held on May 02, 2016 has approved the allotment of 3,91,450 (Three Lakhs Ninety One Thousand Four Hundred And Fifty) Equity Shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.
