Action Construction Equipment Ltd Board to consider Final Dividend for 2015-16

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Action Construction Equipment Ltd will be held on May 19, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter / Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.

The Board will consider and recommended final Dividend on Equity as well as on Preference shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
