Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 68,200 (Sixty Eight Thousand and Two Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on May 02, 2016 under the YBL ESOP & YBL JESOP V / PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,75,47,910 consisting of 42,07,54,791 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,82,29,910 consisting of 42,08,22,991 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
