Mavi Industries Ltd approves delisting of shares from NSE

The Board of Directors of Mavi Industries Ltd at its meeting held on April 30, 2016, has approved delisting of equity shares of the Company from National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The equity shares of the Company would continue to remain listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
