Advanta Limited approves allotment of 21119 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Advanta Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2016 has considered and approved the allotment of 21,119 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under Employee Stock Option Plans.
