Indusind Bank Ltd allots 20780 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 20,780 (Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on April 27, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
