Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd approves allotment of 10204081 shares

The Right Issue Committee of Director, authorized by board of directors of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd, at its meeting on April 27, 2016 from 10:00 am to 10:30 am, has approved the allotment of 1,02,04,081 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each at a price of Rs. 245 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 244 per equity share) issued on a Right basis, to all eligible applicants who have subscribed to the said issue and whose applications were valid.
