HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 1047500 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on April 27, 2016 1047500 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5056373034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5058468034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1124.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1113.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88004 in over 2541 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1125 and intraday low of 1110. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98481080.
