Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 35 crores

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has proposed to issue 1350 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 135 Crores, on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on September 07, 2015.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.655.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 642.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 86815 in over 4923 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 667.3 and intraday low of 642.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56834859.
