L&T Infrastructure Finance Company announces Private Placement of NCDs

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd intends to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 75 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 75 Crore (Series "B" FY 2016-17), on private placement basis.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 615925 in over 3777 trades.
