Bellona Estate Developers Ltd allots 260205 shares

The Board of Directors of Bellona Estate Developers Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2016, has made an allotment of 2,60,205 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, at a price of Rs. 10/- per share to the Banks / lenders in terms of RBI Circular dated June 08, 2015 on SDR and provisions of Companies Act, 2013, thereby acquiring 51% of the total share capital of the Company.
