Polygenta Technologies Ltd approves conversion of CCPS

The 13,25,000 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Polygenta Technologies Ltd held by Ventureast Life Fund III were converted into equal number of equity shares on March 29, 2016 on the expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment (i.e. September 30, 2014) of CCPS as decided at the Committee meeting held on March 29, 2016.
