Toheal Pharmachem Ltd approves allotment of 6422400 shares

The Board of Directors of Toheal Pharmachem Ltd at its meeting held on March 23, 2016, has approved the allotment of 64,22,400 Equity Shares, having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis for consideration other than cash.
