Satin Creditcare Network Ltd approves allotment of 14 lakh shares

The Working Committee of Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd in their meeting held on March 21, 2016 has considered and approved the allotment of 14,00,000 Equity Shares to the persons belonging to Non-Promoter group pursuant to conversion of 14,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants.
