Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd Fixes Record Date for Dividend on Preference Shares

The meeting of the Board of Directors of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (the Board) scheduled to be held on March 30, 2016, the Board would be considering a proposal for declaration of interim dividend in respect of Non-Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (NCRCPS) issued by the Company on a Private Placement basis and listed on BSE.

Further the Company has informed that the Company has fixed March 28, 2016 as the Record date for the Payment of interim dividend on Preference Shares.
