L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd announces Private Placement of NCDs worth Rs. 100 crores

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd intends to issue Unsecured, Non-Convertible Debentures (the "NCDs") in the nature of subordinated, perpetual Tier-I debt amounting to Rs. 50 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 50 Crore, on private placement basis.
