IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd to issue NCDs for Rs. 50 crores on private placement basis

The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd at its meeting held on March 16, 2016, considered and approved the issue of Series XIV Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of INR 1 Crore each for cash at par for an aggregate amount of INR 50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore only), to be issued in one or more tranches and series on private placement basis.

The said NCDs shall be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited.
