Ucal Fuel Systems Board recommends 10% dividend

Ucal Fuel Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 10% for the year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.77.15, down by Rs.1.70 or 2.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80.50 and low of Rs.76. The total traded quantity was 11250 compared to 2 week average of 8738.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2007 to September 14, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of making the payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 14, 2007.
