Batliboi EGM to consider stock-split

Batliboi Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Split of Shares of the Company from the present face value of Rs 10/- to Rs 5/- each.
