Vegetable Products Ltd allots 70200000 shares

The Board of Directors of Vegetable Products Ltd at its meeting held on February 23, 2016, has allotted 7,02,00,000 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 9:5 to the shareholders of the Company who held the shares on the Record Date i.e. February 22, 2016 as fully paid Bonus Equity Shares.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 3,90,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 10,92,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
