Vijaya Bank Board Meeting on March 03, 2016 to consider preferential issue to LIC

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Vijaya Bank will be held on March 03, 2016, to consider, the proposal for issue of Equity Shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI) through Preferential issue upto Rs.226 Crore.

Shares of VIJAYA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123948 in over 661 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 33.6 and intraday low of 32.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4086463.
