Hindustan Construction Company receives new contract from Mumbai Municipal Corporation

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has announced that the Company has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Chief Engineer, Municipal Corporation of Brihanmumbai (Water Supply Projects), Mumbai, for Construction of Tunnel from Maroshi to Ruparel College, at Mumbai. The value of the contract is Rs 415 Crore. The project is to be completed in 56 (fifty six) calendar months from the date of commencement of the work.

The stock was trading at Rs.131.75, up by Rs.4.40 or 3.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.132.90 and low of Rs.127. The total traded quantity was 159681 compared to 2 week average of 583631.
