Hindusthan National approves interim dividend as final dividend

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has distributed interim dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs 1/- per share aggregating to Rs 110.43 lacs (exclusive of dividend tax) for the year 2006-2007 to the shareholders of the Company as on March 22, 2007. The same has been recommended as final dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.540.25, down by Rs.17.75 or 3.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.540.25 and low of Rs.540.25. The total traded quantity was 100 compared to 2 week average of 182.
