Welspun Enterprises Ltd announces exercise of stock options by Mr. Sandeep Garg, Managing Director of the Company

In accordance with applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and Welspun Managing Director Employee Stock Option Plan, 7,20,000 stock options ("options") were granted to Mr. Sandeep Garg, Managing Director of Welspun Enterprises Ltd on February 16, 2015 and these options vested on February 16, 2016. The options have been exercised by Mr. Garg on February 17, 2016.
