Mumbai Run for Farmers on Valentine Day

"Valentine" the Flagship Brand of Ashapura Intimates fashion was the title sponsor of the 3rd The Grand North Mumbai Marathon powered by Valentine Sportswear on 14th February 2016 which was organized by Yuva Bharat Foundation.

The Grand North Mumbai Marathon was a 10.00 km run between Malad to Borivali to raise funds for the welfare of "Draught Affected Farmers".

"Valentine" the flagship brand of Ashapura Intimates Fashion ltd donated Rs. 5.00 Lakh to the Draught affected farmers. Mr. Harshad Thakkar CMD of Ashapura Intimates Personally handed over the the cheque to Mr. Devendra Fadnavis CM of Maharashtra.

The other prominent guests present on the occasion were Mr. Ram Shinde-MoS Home Department Government of Maharashtra, Mr. Gopal Shetty MP, Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya General Secretary of BJP, Mr. Ashish Shelar-MLA & Mumbai BJP President.

On the Occasion Mr. Yogesh Verma: President of Yuva Bharat Foundation and Spokesperson of Mumbai BJP said, "I thank everybody who were directly or indirectly part of this marathon. I am extremely overwhelmed seeing all the enthusiasm and love today's youth portrayed during this event for the farmers through our team work."

Mr. Harshad Thakker, CMD of "Valentine" Sportswear said, "I am happy to be part of this event and I am extremely thankful to Yuva Bharat Foundation for this platform. I wish we participate me many more such events in future to make difference in our society."
