The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Adani Power Ltd has on February 09, 2016 allotted 25,00,00,000 (Twenty five crores only) equity shares to Gautambhai Shantilal Adani & Rajeshbhai Shantilal Adani (On behalf of S.B.
