Gujarat Lease fixes Book Closure for AGM

Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 06, 2007 to September 13, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 13, 2007.
