Enkei Castalloy Board recommends 12.5% dividend

Enkei Castalloy Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12.5% for the financial year 2006-2007.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2007 to September 29, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.124.85, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.12%. The total traded quantity was 1001 compared to 2 week average of 2263. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135 and low of Rs.123.
