RM Mohite Textiles Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2007 to September 22, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2007.
