Talbros Automotive Board to consider dividend

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, for adoption of Balance sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss Account for the period ended on that date besides recommendation of Dividend if any and fixation of 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
