Nagarjuna Agrichem Board declares 10% interim dividend

Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held August 08, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company at the rate of 10% on the total paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company of 1,46,98,157 equity shares.
