State Trading Corporation Board approves final dividend

State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2007, inter alia, has approved a final dividend of 40% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the year 2006-07 as also approved increasing the authorized capital of the Corporation. These are subject to the approval of the shareholders.
