Suryachakra Power clarifies on news regarding new power project

With reference to the news item appearing in a web portal titled "Suryachakra Power in talks with Orissa govt for 1200 MW proj; May set up Orissa in 4 phases", Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has clarified that as an organization, the Company is continuously in discussion with various people / agencies etc. as a part of its exercise of business development. When the Company reach any advanced stage of fruitful proposal the Company will definitely inform the exchange at appropriate time.

Further the Company decline to comment on market speculation.
