Greaves Cotton Board recommends final dividend of Rs.1

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re 1/- per share for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2007, which makes a total Dividend for the year to Rs 7/- per share, including three Interim Dividends each of Rs 2/- per share already declared and paid.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Vikram Tandon is appointed as a Director of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Gautam Thapar.
